Not surprisingly, the pitches for the money ranged from charitable to desperate.

CBS today formally announced what has been reported for months already, that eighteen former Survivor castaways, including four previous winners, will return to compete in Survivor: All-Stars. The eighth installment of the smash-hit series will premiere Sunday, February 1, immediately following CBS Sports’ coverage of Super Bowl XXXVIII.

The Survivor spoiling/news sites Survivor News and Survivor Fever have both identified the 18 probable contestants in CBS's All-Star Survivor, which is currently filming in Panama. In addition, Survivor News claims to have the tribal breakdowns being used on the show.
