Cena, who last week won the Intercontinental Championship after defeating "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, was given a warm welcome when arrived at Madison Square Garden in New York City to kick off Raw.

The live audience showered Cena with love until Mysterio crashed the party, demanding a rematch for the Intercontinental title.

Cena, wanting to compete on his final Raw, immediately accepted Mysterio's challenge. The dastardly villain had other plans, however, stating that their rematch would take place on his home turf at Survivor Series: War Games in San Diego on Nov. 29.

Mysterio's partners in The Judgement Day, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, then made their way to the ring to deal with Cena. The living legend soon received backup in the form of Sheamus and Dominik Mysterio's Hall of Fame father, Rey Mysterio.

The moment lead to a Six-Man Tag Team match. Sheamus and Rey Mysterio joined Cena in performing his signature Five Knuckle Shuffle move, much to the delight of the crowd. Cena then won the match for his team after nailing McDonagh with the Attitude Adjustment.

Also on Raw, Brock Lesnar made a surprise return and once again aligned himself with Paul Heyman as he joined Heyman's War Games team that also includes Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul.

Heyman's cabal is set to take on World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Jey and Jimmy Uso in a War Games match on Nov. 29.

Lesnar entered the ring and took Punk and Rhodes to Suplex City, clearing the ring of the champions. It was then that Roman Reigns made a surprise return of his own and confronted his old rival.

Reigns nailed Lesnar with a Superman Punch and also took on Reed before NYPD officers arrived onto the scene to break up the massive brawl as Raw went off the air.
