An Oklahoma man is suing the producers of ABC TV's "Wife Swap" for sending a gay man to live with his family as his half of the swap.

Jeffery Bedford, who lives outside of Muskogee, Okla., is seeking more than $10 million in damages, the New York Post said Monday.
Bedford's lawsuit claims he assumed his family would receive a woman from another family, not a homosexual male.
The episode taped in October 2004 has not yet been aired.
An ABC spokesman said the show's contract says the swapped spouse "could be either male or female."
