Each Making It Home: Greensburg episode will see Wilson and Dewar traveling to a different house in Greensburg, KS, where they'll gather neighbors and other locals before they all lend a helping hand in tackling home improvement and design projects in each other's houses.

Greensburg is the same town that's already being featured in Greensburg, a Leonardo DiCaprio-produced reality series that airs on Planet Green, the recently-launched network that's also owned by TLC's Discovery Communications parent company.

Planet Green renewed Greensburg, which is documenting the small community's attempt to rebuild itself as a green and environment-conscious town, for a second season last month.

Making It Home: Greensburg's premiere episode will follow the Cannon family, lifelong residents of Greensburg whose basement needs to be created into a comfortable space they can enjoy together.

Additional episodes will see the Fleener family rebuilding an old farm so its environmentally friendly; the Kern family building a brand new nursery for their 2-year-old daughter; the Collins family making their basement a safe shelter for future tornadoes; the Headrick family receiving help from local youth in rebuilding their home; and the Brown family receiving help from volunteers after a hired contractor never completed the job he was paid to do.

In addition to appearing on Trading Spaces, Wilson also serves as host of Moving Up -- which follows homeowners' whose old houses receive renovations from their new inhabitants.

The six-episode series is produced by Pilgrim Films & Television, with Kathryn Takis serving as executive producer.
