Lauren "L.C." Conrad apparently feels somewhat betrayed, but it isn't by her The Hills co-stars Audrina Patridge and Brody Jenner.

The 22-year-old The Hills starlet graced the cover of this week's Us Weekly issue, which carries the headline "Betrayed by Brody & Audrina: How I Was Stabbed in the Back."

"I recently did an interview to talk about the show coming back on and what everyone had to look forward to. Unfortunately it was turned into yet another 'poor me' story. The article itself is a nice one but it follows headlines that, in no way, represent my words or feelings," Conrad wrote Thursday on her MySpace Celebrity blog.

"I do not feel betrayed by Audrina or Brody. I love them both and said nothing to contradict this. I understand that headlines sell magazines, but I value my friendships above magazine sales any day."

Inside the Us Weekly issue, Conrad discusses her feelings on Jenner going public with his new girlfriend "just days" after she left for Paris to cover November's Crillon Ball for Teen Vogue; while also addressing Patridge's decision to make amends with her enemy Heidi Montag.

"At this point, I have to question every person that wants to have a relationship with me, whether it's a friendship or a romantic relationship," Conrad told Us.  "I want to say I can always trust my good friends that I've had forever, but at the same time, some of my oldest friends have betrayed me."

Since Conrad feels she was betrayed by Montag -- who has been accused of spreading rumors about a sex tape Conrad made with former beau Jason Wahler that she argues doesn't exist -- that apparently means she automatically has to be on the defensive with Patridge.

"Audrina has to remind me that she's not someone who's going to betray me," Conrad told Us.

As for her on-again, off-again flirtatious relationship with Jenner, Conrad comes off sounding like a wounded puppy.

"When you have that type of thing, you always have to question, 'Why wasn't I good enough?'" she told Us.  "It's disappointing to have to question relationships."

Additional The Hills third-season episodes will premiere Monday, March 24 at 10PM ET/PT on MTV.

"I got to see some of the first episode yesterday and it looks amazing," wrote Conrad on her blog.  "I'm sooooooo excited for everyone to see Paris."
