The Bachelor host Chris Harrison couldn't believe his eyes when Colton Underwood attempted to quit the series after getting his heart broken by the woman he loved, Cassie Randolph.

When Good Morning America asked Harrison if Colton ultimately found love, The Bachelor host replied, "I don't know. I don't know."

"You saw his body language. He was done," Harrison noted on Tuesday's GMA broadcast.
Cassie decided to leave the competition after speaking to her concerned father, Matt Randolph, who advised his daughter in Portugal not to rush into anything considering she didn't seem in love with or even sold on Colton.

Cassie expressed her doubts and hesitation to Colton about their future together before their overnight Fantasy Suite date, but then Colton professed his love for the 23-year-old assistant speech pathologist from Huntington Beach, CA, and tried to convince her to stay.
Colton insisted Cassie was The One for him and she'd be the last woman standing out of his Final 3 bachelorettes -- whether she was ready for an engagement or not -- but Cassie still opted to quit and head home in fear she would never fall in love with The Bachelor star and continue leading him on.
"He got to the point where he finally found everything he wanted. He was in love. And then his greatest fear was realized when Cassie says, 'I don't love you.' She literally crushed him, and he was just done. And he kind of snapped and he split!" Harrison said of Colton's epic fence jump.
Viewers saw Colton storm off The Bachelor set, hit a camera out of his face, throw his microphone down, jump a fence, and threaten to quit production following Cassie's departure.

Colton ran off into the night with Harrison and crew members calling for him and searching the area that was "in the middle of nowhere."
Harrison believes you "really can't" compare Colton's season of The Bachelor to any other season.
"I've never really encountered anything like that," Harrison explained.
"I mean, I've had people say, 'I'm done,' and be pissed off, but you really can't compare it to anything because we've never had somebody truly bolt, truly get away from us, really be lost for a while -- a good, long while -- and then try to rebuild this. It was nuts."
As for Colton, he admitted on GMA he had no idea what he was doing after running away from The Bachelor's production team.

"In that moment, after I jumped the fence, I didn't know [where to go from there]. That's why I jumped the fence. I just needed time to myself. I needed to get away and figure things out -- try to figure things out," he shared.
Colton apparently found it difficult to watch Monday night's episode and relive his breakup with Cassie.
"Everybody assumes filming has its challenges, but watching it back is tough too," Colton admitted.
"I think [one] thing people don't get to see in its entirety is we aren't just people putting this television show on. We are human beings, like, this is the rest of my life that I'm talking about. You are watching me make decisions that are going to impact the rest of my life."

The Bachelor: The Women Tell All is scheduled to air on Tuesday night at 8PM ET/PT on ABC, and then viewers will find out what happens next in Colton's journey to find a fiancee during next week's two-hour, live finale event.
