Teresa Giudice is not pregnant!

After In Touch Weekly published a cover story claiming The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 42, is expecting her fifth child with husband Joe Giudice, the couple's crisis manager is setting the record straight.

Crisis manager Wendy Feldman insists there "is NO truth to the rumor" of Teresa's pregnancy, adding that the In Touch report is "false in every way," according to Us Weekly.

The In Touch cover features a picture of Teresa and the headline: "Teresa Shocker: Pregnant and Headed to Prison -- How She'll Make Millions By Having Baby No. 5."

The headline precedes a picture of Teresa's "baby bump" showing in her bikini, a statement in which she'll face "labor in handcuffs and armed guards outside the delivery room," and a claim that Joe "won't see the baby for years."

Teresa and Joe are set to have a sentencing hearing October 2 in their fraud case during which they both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as well as three counts of bankruptcy back in March. Joe reportedly faces up to 46 months in jail while Teresa is looking at about half that time.

However, "Teresa does not know if she is going to prison and would not have [a] baby, nor would anybody, under the circumstances described," Feldman assured Us.

In terms of how much time the reality TV stars are really looking to spend in jail, Feldman explained, "The Judge in the matter of Teresa and Joe Giudice will determine the appropriate sentence once she has read all of the paperwork submitted and heard all of the arguments. Clearly that has not yet happened."

Teresa, who also appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice's fifth season, and Joe, 42, had pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal to resolve their 41-count federal fraud indictment. The couple has four daughters together all under the age of 13, with the youngest being five.
