The clip begins in the Upside Down circa 1983, when Noah Schnapp's Will Byers first disappeared.

Viewers see Will hiding in Castle Byers fort, singing "Should I Stay or Should I Go?" by The Clash, softly to himself.

A Demogorgon discovers him, setting a chase in motion, leading Will to fall from a tree and lose consciousness.

He is then taken to Jamie Campbell Bower's Vecna, who holds Will hostage and says, "At long last, we can begin. You and I, we are going to do such beautiful things together."
