Paris Hilton was seen in Los Angeles Thursday night with a new man -- New York-based fashion model James Neate.

In Touch Weekly reported that the two were seen at Koi restaurant. They are reportedly planning to kick off L.A. Fashion Week at the restaurant Mr. Chow.
In Touch reported that Neate is in L.A. on a series of fashion shoots. He is featured in this month's issue of Details magazine.
"He's sweet, but he's from New York, which sucks," Paris reportedly told a friend.
After parting with Neate last night, Hilton went to Mr. Chow to meet up with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. Later, she and her reunited best friend, Nicole Richie went to Hyde nightclub, where they reportedly danced on tables with Lindsay Lohan.
