Not only does Lindsay Lohan not want to participate in Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, she also apparently doesn't want to be anywhere near David "Dr. Drew" Pinsky.

The 23-year-old oft-troubled actress was originally seated near Pinsky at Sunday night's MTV Movie Awards ceremony until she realized how close they'd be and requested her seat be moved, Us Weekly reported Monday.

Lohan -- who successfully had her seat moved -- is apparently still upset about comments Pinsky made in early April concerning her alleged drug addiction.

"If she were my daughter, I would pack her car full with illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested," Pinsky told RadarOnline at the time.

"I would make sure she was not allowed to get out of jail. I would then go to the judge and make sure she was ordered to a minimum of a three year sobriety program."

Not surprisingly, she did not take kindly to the comments.

"He's such a loser," said Lohan in response, according to Us. "He's not a real doctor, he's a celebrity doctor."

While Pinsky subsequently apologized for the comments, he did not back off speculation that Lohan has a drug problem.

"I don't know if she's an addict or not, except to say that we know she was admitted to a drug treatment program. In order to meet criteria for admission to a drug treatment program, you have to have addiction," he told Access Hollywood.

"Any of the public figures that are out there that are admitted to treatment programs, the fact that they're admitted to a certain kind of program that treats a certain diagnosis means by definition they have to have that diagnosis or else that program will lose its accreditation."

Pinsky is eager to speak with Lohan personally, as he even attended a Saturday concert in Los Angeles with the hopes of seeing the actress, who never arrived.

"I was going to reach out to her and say hi and apologize if indeed I cause her any distress; that was never my intention," he told Zap2It.

"The stuff that seemed to get her most upset was things that I would say speculating what I would do if she was my daughter."

Celebrity Rehab's producers reportedly offered Lohan $1 million and her own show if she would appear on the VH1 reality series' fourth season, however she turned it down.
