Givens' doctors at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles have issued Givens a treatment plan, Us Weekly reported.

"They let him go home this afternoon. He is supposed to start the chemo pill today," Givens' representative told Us on Friday of the rapper and former I Love New York contestant.

"Real is in good spirits but a lot of pain."

In addition to his colon, the disease has reportedly spread into Givens' liver and lungs.

The representative told TMZ last week that Real had been diagnosed and hospitalized with stage-four colon cancer.

Givens reportedly first got sick in January but believed he was just suffering from flu-like symptoms. However, after multiple visits to the hospital for alleged liver problems at the time, doctors informed Givens the issue was actually cancer.

Givens starred in VH1's Real Chance of Love reality dating show alongside his brother Kamal "Chance" Givens.
