Unlike other celebrities who let camera's into their lives for a season or two, Moore is only giving access to her private life for one-show, which will be cablecast on the cable network Oxygen, the New York Daily News reported Monday.

The one-hour special, entitled "I Am Mandy Moore" will also follow Moore as she prepares for her first televised concert as a headliner.

"Mandy embodies so many of the qualities in women we celebrate," Oxygen Programming President Denny Beece told the Daily News. "This special is something different ... that offers a glimpse into how she balances her two huge but separate careers."

Moore's CD, "Wild Hope," will be available in stores June 19. The special will air on Oxygen Aug. 14.
