Married at First Sight featured the season's three couples each finding a new home and moving in together during the sixth episode of the Lifetime show's sixth season on Tuesday night.

The six strangers who agreed to marry at first sight were Jaclyn Schwartzberg, a 29-year-old teacher turned sales representative; Ryan Buckley, a 29-year-old firefighter; Molly Duff, a 25-year-old commercial insurance adjuster; Jonathan Francetic, a 28-year-old U.S. Army veteran and former financial associate; Shawniece Jackson, a 29-year-old entrepreneur and cosmetologist; and Jephte Pierre, a 26-year-old second grade teacher.
Matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Jessica Griffin, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and Pastor Calvin Roberson, Jaclyn married Ryan, Molly walked down the aisle to Jonathan, and Shawniece became a wife to Jephte.

After enjoying their honeymoons in Jamaica, the couples had to return to real life in the Boston area and find a place to live as newlyweds.

Each individual checked out his or her spouse's place, but all the couples quickly came to the same conclusion -- it made sense to move into a brand new place as husband and wife, which would represent a fresh start.
On Day 10 of the marriage, Jaclyn and Ryan realized they had already been living similar lifestyles.
"I love Ryan's place. I can't believe it's not a bachelor pad. He's very organized. His furniture, the color scheme, everything he has is very ideal for what I love," Jaclyn told the cameras.
"This will be my first time living with a partner since I lost my boyfriend. When he passed away, it was the hardest thing I ever went through, but I really don't want my past relationship to ruin my relationship with Ryan... I feel like he wants to have a new outlook, and so do I."
On a similar note, Molly and Jonathan had a lot in common as well, except Molly had a ton of clothes and shoes and needed more closet space.

"Jon was very excited and hyper on our honeymoon, but I didn't see any of Jon's boyish side in his apartment at all. All I saw was classy Jon and the hardworking side of him that lines up exactly with how I am. I was very pleasantly surprised," Molly said.

Shawniece and Jephte, on the other hand, seemed to be total opposites. While Shawniece was all about organization and having a place for all of her belongings in her family's home, Jephte was extremely messy with clothes scattered all over his bed and bedroom floor.
Jephte wanted his wife to see the real him, so he didn't clean up or do anything outside of the norm.
"Lord, give me strength. We are not living like this," Shawniece insisted, throwing her hands up in the air.

Before setting out to look for a new place, each couple discussed finances.
Ryan and Jaclyn discovered they both make the same amount of money, between $60,000-70,000, so their rent budget would be $2,400.

Ryan was perfectly fine with the fact he couldn't be the breadwinner, and Jaclyn appreciated the fact her husband was a hardworker.
Over a couple of beers and pizza, Jon learned that Molly made about $55,000. When Jon was working, he held down a job that brought in about $70,000, so they decided their rent budget was $2,200.

"Obviously it's a little nervewracking when you're married to someone unemployed, but I think it's pretty admirable and sweet that Jon is willing to lose his job for love. And I'm already seeing how smart he is. He's got a bunch of degrees, so I'm really not that worried," Molly explained.
Jon also showed his maturity in choosing to have his beloved cat, Dawn, stay at a friend's house due to Molly's allergies. Jon wanted his wife to be happy and healthy in their new place.

As for Shawniece and Jephte, they planned on spending a total of $2,000 on rent.
Shawniece tried hard to save money in order to open her own salon one day, but Jephte said, as a teacher, money was tight for him and he unfortunately couldn't help her with that goal. Shawniece seemed okay with the finances, but she was shocked to hear that Jephte didn't budget his money.
The pair also weren't progressing in the romance department.
"With my husband sleeping on the floor and sleeping in separate bedrooms, it makes me nervous because it's like, 'Are you not attracted to me? Do you not want me? What is the problem? What is the issue?" Shawniece questioned.
"I want us to be husband and wife, and I do not feel wanted... It doesn't make sense to me. This is not what I imagined things would be like."
It didn't take long for each couple to find their dream apartment or home, and there appeared to be no disagreements during the search.
Although Shawniece felt unwanted, Jephte said in a confessional he was in it for the long haul and could see himself falling for her. Shawniece could also picture a future with her husband as well as "little children running around," but she needed Jephte to be more affectionate.
"I just don't want to get to the point where we become roommates or just friends," Shawniece vented to the cameras.

Meanwhile, Jaclyn was excited to move in with Ryan and hopeful about their future, but she had to go through old boxes that set off emotional triggers because of the loss of her boyfriend. Ryan walked in on Jaclyn crying after work, and he began to worry that she was taking a couple of steps back from him.
"I'm confused. I don't really know how to perceive this whole thing going on. These are the skeletons from her past that are coming at her," Ryan explained.
"Seeing Jaclyn upset, it was kind of hard for me because it looks like she's taking steps backwards. But I'm here to back her up and help her, and that's all I can do."
But Jaclyn said it was "very important" for Ryan to understand her emotions that stem from her tragic past.
"It really has nothing to do with my relationship with Ryan. Having him here to help me move forward means everything to me... He's wonderful. I have really good feelings about it," Jaclyn said.
On Day 14 of the marriages, Shawniece decided to have lunch with her mother to receive some advice and support. She opened up about how she didn't want to force or pressure Jephte into something he wasn't comfortable with, but at the same time, she wanted to advance in the normal Married at First Sight process.
"I didn't sign up for somebody to hate me... I signed up to live life with someone," Shawniece told her mom, adding that she was getting to the point of shutting down.
Shawniece revealed that Jephte didn't want to hold her hand or kiss, and that they were sleeping in separate bedrooms. Shawniece worried Jephte just didn't like her and that they weren't a good match for each other.
Despite Shawniece's tears, her mother advised her daughter to be patient and not give up.
"I'm trying to be myself [and] trying not to break down over my insecurities and thinking it's something I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to get Jephte to actually want to be next to me... I don't want to do this no more," Shawniece said in tears.
Shawniece later told Jephte that things needed to change between them or she was going to give up. She was scared her marriage was going to fail, and she begged Jephte to participate, care more, and be vulnerable. Shawniece needed her partner to let her in.

Back to Ryan and Jaclyn, the firefighter was shown wondering if his wife was truly ready for a fresh relationship with him due to her past. He brought up his concerns about Jaclyn's past haunting her, and she seemed a bit offended.
"It's hurtful and it felt insensitive, and I couldn't understand where he was coming from," Jaclyn admitted in a confessional.
"This could be a turning point in our relationship... She's still not over her past, and this is my wife I'm talking about. I don't want to constantly be compared to someone who obviously meant a lot to her," Ryan vented.
The episode ended, however, with Molly admitting that her attraction to Jonathan was growing every day. The pair were all smiles getting into bed together at the end of the day.
"I still want to take things slow, but I'm getting more excited that love can grow in this marriage and I'm excited. Jon's a keeper, for sure," Molly noted.
