Luke Pell has gone Instagram official with his girlfriend, Holly Allen.

"Sometimes there's more than what you see on [TV]," Luke captioned an Instagram photo of the pair holding hands on Thursday.

Luke has been on and off with Holly for quite some time now, revealing that they dated for one year but broke up prior to his appearance on The Bachelor Winter Games, when he became romantically involved with a bachelorette from Sweden, Stassi Yaramchuk.

Luke told People after the show wrapped, he realized his heart really belonged to Holly the whole time -- an explanation he attempted to use to justify why he was shown giving Stassi the cold shoulder on the Winter Games spinoff's World Tells All reunion special in late February.

As part of his Instagram post on Wednesday that celebrated his relationship with Holly, whom he reportedly reconciled with in January, the Army veteran and country singer quoted Mother Theresa.

The quote reads, "People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies. Succeed anyway. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you."

"Be honest and frank anyway. What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight. Build anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow. Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give the best you've got anyway. You see, in the final analysis it is between you and God; it was never between you and them anyway."

Luke and Stassi appeared to leave The Bachelor Winter Games as a strong and solid couple, having engaged in long conversations and bonded over their similar heart conditions.

But Luke later told People, "During that time, I really started reflecting on where my heart was at and I started thinking a lot about my ex, honestly. I came to the epiphany of saying, 'My heart is with somebody else.' I wanted to make that clear, and that didn't take away from the fact that Stassi and I had that initial connection. She's amazing and she's great, and I want the best for her."

During the show's reunion special, Stassi told Chris Harrison that Luke dropped her immediately after the show without so much as a warning. She suggested Luke didn't care about her at all, and probably never did, and that he didn't even take down her phone number after Winter Games.

Bachelor Nation and fans everywhere took Stassi's side in the situation after watching her cry and pour her heart out to Luke, who was caught on-camera completely blowing her off. Luke received brutal hate and backlash for his behavior.

But Luke had insisted to People he did, in fact, have Stassi's phone number and they did have a "heart to heart" after the show in which they spent hours talking about life and decided they "weren't going to have a future."

Luke therefore said he was "shocked" to see Stassi so angry and frustrated during the World Tells All special.

"Two months had gone by since we had those conversations. I was uncomfortable from the time I stepped out there because I was confused and shocked at how emotional Stassi was, and I was in a relationship with my ex again and trying to be respectful of that," explained Luke.

"I was happily moving on with my ex and I was in a weird position at that point on the show to try to navigate that experience."

Despite the last few months being a bumpy ride for Luke, he said giving his romance with Holly another chance was "the greatest decision I've made."

"We're together now and stronger than ever," Luke recently revealed to People. "I'm in love with her. I'm just thankful that going on this show helped me to find where my heart really was and who my heart was with. I hate if Stassi was hurt in the middle of that."

Prior to his stint on The Bachelor Winter Games, Luke fought to win the heart of JoJo Fletcher on The Bachelorette's twelfth season. He was eliminated after the men's round of hometown dates.
