Kristin Cavallari and Audrina Patridge reunited at New York Fashion Week on Thursday.
The 28-year-old designer and 30-year-old television personality walked the red carpet together at the Chinese Laundry show at The Row hotel.
Cavallari showed off her latest shoe collection for the brand with Gretchen Rossi, Slade Smiley and Carmen Carrera also in attendance.
"I haven't seen Audrina in a while, and I'm so happy that we were both in New York at the same time," she told Us Weekly magazine.
"I love her to death. I'm so thankful and happy that she came. She looks amazing, and it was really fun to catch up with her."
Cavallari and Patridge's relationship has come a long way from their time on MTV reality series "The Hills."
The pair were frenemies during the two seasons they spent together on the show, clashing over Justin "Bobby" Brescia, whom they both dated.
The designer has since married NFL star Jay Cutler, and is expecting her third child with the Chicago Bears quarterback.
She discussed her pregnancy with E! News at the event, saying she and Cutler are "really looking forward" to welcoming their first daughter.
