Comedian Howard Stern has renewed his contract with SiriusXM satellite radio for three more years.

"I'm happy to announce that I figured out a way to have it all. More free time and continuing to be on the radio," Stern, 71, announced Tuesday. "So, yes, we are coming back for three more years."
A representative for the company confirmed the new pact to Variety, but did not offer details about the terms.
The Howard Stern Show premiered on SiriusXM in January 2006.
