Jeff Lewis reportedly managed to keep his legal dispute from getting even uglier.

The Flipping Out star and his neighbors -- Ugly Betty actress Ashley Jensen and her husband Terence Beesley -- have finally reached a deal in the legal battle regarding an encroachment dispute, E! News reported Thursday.

"[Jensen] reported she's done this in an effort to be 'neighborly.' Unfortunately, that ship set sail six months before the three ring circus and the $50,000 in combined attorneys' fees," said Lewis in a statement obtained by E! News.

"I look forward to the next neighborhood barbecue."

Jensen and Beesley were granted a restraining order and filed the lawsuit against Lewis in December after they alleged he built a deck that encroached on their Los Feliz, CA property while renovating his house.

Once the violation was made known, Jensen and Beesley claimed Lewis offered $10,000 to purchase an easement for the deck only to have the couple turn him down after they learned that the land Lewis had encroached upon was actually worth $100,000.

Lewis countered with a $30,000 offer and allegedly threatened to make Jensen and Beesley's lives miserable by badmouthing them on Flipping Out -- which led to the lawsuit and restraining order.

Despite seeking more for the land Lewis had encroached on, E! News reported Jensen and Beesley will instead receive $30,000 -- the amount Lewis had initially countered with.

"I'm happy Ms. Jensen has returned to Earth, removed the restraining order, and insisted we settle our boundary dispute for my original offer of $30,000," said Lewis in the statement. "Clearly, she has milked this publicity opportunity for all it's worth."

Bravo renewed Flipping Out for a third season in December.
