Danielle Staub is reportedly making a comeback on Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey next season.

Staub, who left the reality series after Season 2 in 2010, has signed on to star as a regular Housewife on Season 8, Us Weekly reported.

The Real Housewives franchise executive producer Andy Cohen told the magazine last month there have been "discussions" when asked about the polarizing star's potential return. Bravo, however, declined comment on casting rumors.

Staub, 54, is best remembered for clashing with Teresa Giudice, 44, who famously flipped over a table on Season 1 after accusing Staub of arrests, multiple engagements with men and being "a prostitution whore."

Staub also had strained relationships with the following co-stars at the time: Dina Manzo, Caroline Manzo, and Jacqueline Laurita's daughter, Ashley Holmes, who once ripped out Staub's hair extensions.

"I think it's time for me to move on and upward," Staub told Us in September 2010 about her choice to leave the show after two seasons. "I don't see any interest for me to be attacked like that."

Since exiting the series seven years ago, Staub sought professional treatment for psychological problems caused by childhood sexual abuse, released a memoir The Naked Truth, appeared on VH1's show Famous Food, and began a romance with 65-year-old businessman Marty Caffrey.

The mother of two also reconciled with Giudice last year, as the two women enjoyed a yoga class and posted pictures of the event on social media. Giudice made an effort to patch up friendships once she was released from prison in 2015 after serving about a year behind bars for multiple counts of financial fraud.

"We reconnected and it has been so natural and great," Staub reportedly said in October 2016. "Today was the first time I have seen her in all these years. She reached out to me a few weeks ago to talk and catch up on our families."
