Dancing with the Stars first-time pro Allison Holker had some ups and downs this season prior to her elimination with partner Jonathan Bennett, but she'd apparently love to take the challenge on again.

"The journey, I hope it continues on for me, like a further season, to maybe come back even stronger. Because it was a learning experience for me too. As a first-time pro, you don't know what to expect. I'd love to come back," Holker said during a Tuesday appearance on Good Morning America with Bennett at her side.

Holker is a former So You Think You Can Dance all-star who married former SYTYCD winner and fellow all-star Stephen "tWitch" Boss late last year. Holker previously performed on Dancing with the Stars as a guest dancer and finally came to the forefront as a pro for the currently-airing nineteenth season.

"It was incredible. I didn't know what to expect being a first-time pro, but I couldn't have asked for a better partner," Holker explained of Bennett, who just got the boot during Monday night's Dancing with the Stars performance show.

"I mean, he came into rehearsals every single day smiling, and sometimes you have people that are doing this experience for different reasons, but he really wanted to be there. So he made my life so much easier. It was such a pleasure to work with him."

Bennett, an actor and Mean Girls star, said he had an amazing time competing on the reality dancing series.

"It was so fun. The whole experience is -- I tell people it's like the most fun and the most exhausting thing you'll ever do. And I kind of came on the show to bring some life back into my life, to kind of feel alive again after losing my parents, and I did that because of Allison and the show. I'm so happy!" he said on GMA.

"Every single week he grew and he grew, and I'm just so proud of him. His journey was amazing on the show. I think [he] should be super proud of himself," Holker added.

Bennett also revealed he had lost 14 pounds during his time on Dancing with the Stars, jokingly calling Holker his "yoga coach, Pilate coach, life coach, and dance coach."

"I worked him really hard, you know?!" Holker said with a smile.
