Dancing with the Stars couple Lacey Schwimmer and Mike Catherwood apparently won't have any trouble cranking up the heat for this season's Latin dances.

Although the Loveline radio host and his professional partner received the lowest score for their performance during last Monday's premiere episode, ABC asked the duo to tone down their apparent sexual attraction, RadarOnline reported Thursday.

"The network asked them to tone down the sexual undertones. They know there is a spark there -- everyone is talking about their amazing chemistry," a source told RadarOnline.

The couple had suggested their rehearsals included some provocative behavior during Dancing with the Stars' twelfth-season premiere.

"As you can see, it's non-stop laughing. He tends to pull out parts of him that I don't want to see, but it happens!" Schwimmer told Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke when asked if she was having fun with Catherwood.

"It's true. I mean, there's something about the dance that is just so sexual, so passionate, that it forces me to disrobe," Catherwood added.

However, Catherwood and Schwimmer reportedly did not take ABC's request too seriously.

"They basically told them to cool it with the sexual tension, but they both just laughed about it," the source explained.

Catherwood joked "the best part about the routine was grabbing her butt," the source said, adding that Schwimmer thought they "would make a great couple" and confessed to having seen "every part of his body."

While the dancing partners fizzled during their foxtrot routine, according to RadarOnline, they are sizzling off the stage even though Schwimmer revealed Catherwood is in an "on the rocks" relationship.

"We definitely have a connection whether we either want to admit it or not," Schwimmer told RadarOnline earlier.
