CMT searched below the Mason-Dixon Line to find the South's "most down-home country couples" to appear in My Big Redneck Wedding, and each episode of the series will follow a different pair as the prepare for their wedding, walk down the aisle and host a reception.

Of course, each ceremony has its own Souther twang, including a groom who has tapped his dog to be his best man; a canopy constructed from beer cans; a celebratory shotgun salute; and a reception with mud wrestling and mattresses for guests.

My Big Redneck Wedding is hosted by comedian Tom Arnold.

The eight-episode series is produced by Pink Sneakers Productions, with Bob Kusbit and Lewis Bogach serving as executive producers for CMT.
