Celebrity Big Brother evicted actor and singer Joey Lawrence from the Big Brother house during Saturday night's episode broadcast on CBS.

Joey was evicted from the Big Brother house over singer and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss via a 6-0 vote after the pair were nominated for eviction by actor and comedian Tom Green, the reigning Head of Household.

Joey was the third celebrity houseguest eliminated from the second season of Celebrity Big Brother.

Tom had originally nominated Joey and Kandi for eviction with an eye toward "backdooring" former superstar NFL running back Ricky Williams and nominating him for eviction if Joey or Kandi were removed from the chopping block by the winner of the subsequent Power of veto competition.

"My goal is to backdoor Ricky," Tom explained in a Diary Room segment.

Ricky had recently been recruited as the fifth member of an alliance Tom had already previously formed with actor and former O.J. Simpson houseguest Kato Kaelin, Olympic track and bobsled star Lolo Jones, and former WWE wrestler and Total Divas star Natalie Eva Marie.

But Ricky's hesitancy to give the alliance a name had caused Tom to be suspicious of Ricky's loyalty.

"I feel like Ricky is trying to ride this alliance wave to the end, and then divide and conquer," Tom said in the Diary Room.

Tom had then attempted to convince Lolo and Natalie that they needed to remove Ricky from their alliance and "backdoor" him, however they weren't on-board with the idea.

"Tom is the most paranoid player in the house... why get rid of Ricky now when we can still use him for [vote] numbers and get a few more people out and then have this conversation?" Lolo vented in the Diary Room afterwards.

"The plan that Tom wants to backdoor Ricky does not benefit me at all -- like zero," Natalie said. "So now I'm wondering if it's the right move to work with Tom and Kato."

In addition, Ricky had also previously earned some trust from Lolo by warning her of since-evicted houseguest Ryan Lochte's plan to potentially "backdoor" her.

Lolo, Natalie, and "celebrity momager" Dina Lohan were randomly picked to participate alongside Tom, Kandi, and Joey in the subsequent Power of Veto competition, which featured a football theme in honor of CBS's broadcast of Super Bowl LIII on Sunday.

Natalie won the PoV competition and then opted not to use the Power of Veto and deny Tom the opportunity to execute his plan to "backdoor" Ricky.

The decision was the final nail on the coffin for the alliance between Tom, Kato, Lolo and Natalie.

"I think our alliance is dead," Tom whispered to Kato. "Yeah," Kato replied.

"I don't trust Ricky, Natalie and Lolo further than I could throw a stick," Tom said in the Diary Room.

"Tom and Kato had the power... Tom and Kato have really shown their true colors... if they'd just stayed the course to the Final 5 that we originally had, everything would have been cool," Natalie vented afterwards.

Kato, Tom, and Lolo later got into a shouting match after Natalie's failure to use the Power of Veto.

"Lolo, why are you getting mad at me, it's just a game, you don't have to take this so seriously," Tom said in the Diary Room. "don't get mad because I don't want to be in your little fake alliance."

Celebrity Big Brother's next Season 2 episode will air Monday, February 4 at 9PM ET/PT on CBS.
