A preview for Caroline Flack: Search For the Truth, released Monday, shows Flack's mother, Christine Flack, at her daughter's grave.

"I think Caroline would be pleased with what I'm doing," Christine Flack says in the trailer. "I wish I'd done it then, before she took her own life. And that's my biggest regret, that I wasn't shouting like this then, but now I've got nothing to lose. The worst thing in the world happened with losing Carrie."

Flack, hosted Love Island UK, died by suicide in 2020 amid allegations that she'd assaulted her boyfriend, Lewis Burton, the previous year.

"My heart is broken. We had something so special. I am so lost for words. I am in so much pain..." Burton had said at the time. "... Nothing will bring you back but I will try to make you proud every day."
