Hosted once again by Julie Chen, Big Brother will feature the houseguests spending a record 99 days in the house filled with cameras that record their every move 24/7.

According to the network, Season 18's new twists -- which are rumored to also include additional returning Big Brother prior houseguests -- will be disclosed during Big Brother's two-night debut.

Two houseguests may be familiar to Big Brother fans -- Paulie Calafiore, who is the brother of Season 16 runner-up Cody Calafiore, and Tiffany Rousso, the younger sister of last season's pro poker player and third-place finisher Vanessa Rousso.
