While the network already teased that Big Brother alums Frankie Grande, Britney Haynes, and Danielle Reyes had something to do with the "Time Laser" twist of Season 25, no additional details have been released.

"This Big Brother multiverse is going to affect every competition. I mean, it's the 25th season, we had to shake it up," Julie said of one of the season's twists during the August 1 episode of CBS Mornings, according to Us Weekly.

Based on Big Brother artwork and house decor that has been shown in photos on social media, the game is going to feature, at least in part, a comic-book theme. BB Comics is typically a fan-favorite competition every season.

Julie also said of the upcoming twist, "There is one other element that is so top secret that I cannot even hint," during a recent appearance on "The Exclusive with Sharon Tharp" podcast.

"There is something that is so unique to this season and secretive that I cannot even hint at it," Julie said, before adding, "[The producers] wouldn't tell ME for the first two meetings I had with them."

While Big Brother viewers have to wait for the premiere to find out twist specifics, Julie shared what twist she'd love to see return on a future season.

"I keep asking for the X-Factor to come back, where we have houseguests move in with strangers and then DING-DONG! -- the ex-girlfriend, the ex-boyfriend comes through the front door," Julie revealed.

The X-Factor twist was featured on Big Brother's fourth season, when only eight contestants moved into the house and then five of their ex-lovers were later welcomed in the game.

Julie said she has begged producers to bring it back but "they're not listening" to her.

"You never know," the host noted. "That's the twist that I think jaws just dropped. Talk about uncomfortable!"

The Big Brother's Season 25 cast includes a Deaflympics gold medalist, a brand strategist, an exterminator, a geriatric physician, a professional flutist, a political consultant, and a deejay from Australia.

"This new group is in for a summer to remember, full of jaw-dropping moments and twists that will send the Houseguests spiraling into another universe," CBS teased of the new season.

The 16 houseguests, many of whom are noticeably from the same states, will be competing for a $750,000 grand prize.
