Prinsloo snapped the image from a poolside lounge chair.
It shows her huge belly and bent knees.
The model added playful bird, sun, heart, critter, rainbow and ice cream graphics to the photo, along with positive words like, "Awesome," "True Love," "Sweet," "Cool" and "Yaaasss."
