Bachelor in Paradise's Daniel Maguire witnessed the Josh Murray, Amanda Stanton and Nick Viall love triangle firsthand, so now he's offering up his opinion on it.

During a Thursday conference call with reporters, Daniel talked about whether he believes Stanton and Murray's romance was sincere in Paradise, or, Murray was trying to spite Viall since they have history fighting for the same girl, Andi Dorfman, on a prior The Bachelorette season.

Maguire started out by calling the whole situation "definitely weird."

"Nick went on a date with Amanda, and then Amanda goes on a date with Josh, and then they come back, and it's almost in a sense, like, either they're rubbing it in [Nick]'s face or they have no sense of how to act around someone that you just went on a date with. Like, you're not sensitive towards someone else's feelings," Maguire explained.

"It wasn't like, 'Hey, Nick, I had a great time with you but I had a better time with Josh, so just so you know, I'm going to go with Josh.' And Josh would say the same thing [to Nick], like, 'Listen, we really like each other.'"

Maguire admitted that Stanton and Murray "did not handle it well, and everyone said that at Paradise, that they did not handle themselves well."

He continued, "As we can see! What you saw on TV is how it was in person as well. And yeah, they're always making out in public and what not."

Maguire suggested the setting was a little inappropriate for Stanton and Murray's constant PDA.

"It's one thing to do that in a city where you're surrounded by millions of people and we don't have to watch you every day, but to do that in front of us, it's kind of like, 'Oh my God,' you know? It was kind of awkward in the beginning, and then we did get used to it," Maguire confessed.

"But I don't really mind it so much because I've been fairly sexual myself with people in public, or I'm very tolerant of people's behavior. Like, I was tolerant of [Chad Johnson]'s behavior and all of his comments... It didn't bother me as much as it bothered Nick."

Maguire pointed out, however, that it was much worse for Viall because the guy actually "had interest" in the beautiful single mom.

"Was Josh trying to... rub it in Nick's face? I don't know. If he did, that would be REALLY messed up. I don't think he's that crazy or that mean-spirited. But you never know," Maguire told reporters.

"He definitely didn't handle it in the way Nick would've handled it, I don't think, or myself and many other people. But, I don't know. It was pretty messed up and a lot of people were like, 'What's going on here!? This is out of control.'"

Maguire also never heard the alleged moaning sounds Murray made while kissing Stanton. But based on what he saw on TV, the bachelor said, "it was kind of a little excessive, I guess you could say. Even from my side -- especially knowing you're on TV!"

Leave it to Maguire to compare Stanton and Murray's relationship to an X-rated video.

"When the camera crews are there filming you, you're basically -- it seems like you want to make a porn or something, you know? But that's just my perspective," Maguire said.

Maguire was also asked by reporters what Viall and Stanton's interactions were like in Paradise once Murray entered the picture.

"I didn't really pay attention to how Nick and Amanda's relationship worked. I still think they were kind of arguing and hanging out, pretty much talking here or there. But yeah, what you saw is basically how I think -- from what I remember -- is how it was," Maguire explained.

"Amanda and Josh were joined at the hip and Josh spent most of his time with Amanda, whereas, for example, me and [Vinny Ventiera] and [Grant Kemp], we would hang out a little more with each other... You're there to meet a girl. So I mean, maybe [Josh] is just more interested in Amanda in a sense. But again, I don't really know him."
