America's Got Talent judge Melanie "Mel B" Brown hit the Golden Buzzer for heavy metal artist Nene Royal during the Season 21 episode that aired Tuesday night on NBC.

Every time Nene walks onstage, she appears to be a sweet and quiet girl with a soft smile.

But then the 16-year-old from Phuket, Thailand sings.

Nene, a guitarist and songwriter, performed a heavy metal song accompanied by an electric guitar, and she brought the house down on Tuesday, August 25.

The audience was cheering so loudly that America's Got Talent judges Mel B, Sofia Vergara and Howie Madel -- who gave the musician a standing ovation -- could barely offer their praise.

(Simon Cowell was absent from the performance show because he's undergoing back surgery).

"I know I'm not supposed to say this: NBC, give her the million right now!" Howie shouted.

Sofia agreed and said, "Nene, I think you can really win this competition because you can sing and you play that guitar, and it's insane with the way you look [so innocent]!"

Sofia admitted that everyone she meets asks her about Nene, and she added, "I think you can win!"

Mel B had to ask the audience to quiet down so she could speak.

"You are a star. I met you backstage earlier tonight... and you are just the quietest, humblest, sweet-like young lady, and then you come out on this stage and it's a different vibe!"

Mel B, however, acknowledged that Nene doesn't perform her taste in music.

"I have to say that I love really good vocals. Now, I'm a 90s girl and I'm into pop music," the Spice Girls singer explained.

"That kind of [heavy metal] music is not my vibe, but your vocals are on point and your guitar is on point."

Mel B also complimented Nene's overall "look, energy and vibe."

"So how can I not do this?!" Mel B said, before pressing the Golden Buzzer.

Nene started sobbing on the stage because she looked so honored and shocked.

"She's going to the live shows!" America's Got Talent host Terry Crews declared, confirming that Nene will now skip the semi-finals round.

There were 44 acts who made it to the quarterfinals, and on Tuesday nights, 11 acts perform for America's votes.

In addition to Nene, the 11 acts who performed on August 25 were singer Bety, sword swallowing act Brad & Tracy, singing duo Butter & Grit, dance group Come Here, magician Geno Ploeger, rapper LaRussell, singer Mackenzie Sol, rappers Nyjah Music & Zyah Rhythm, dancer Patrox, and aerial performer Veronika Goroshkova.
