Raymond Herbert "Ray" Wise (born August 20, 1947) is an American actor. Some of his best known roles include Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks, henchman Leon C. Nash in RoboCop, Jack Taggart Sr. in Jeepers Creepers 2, The Devil in The CW series Reaper, Donald Wadsworth in Suburban Gothic, Marvin in the ABC series Fresh Off the Boat, Hal Gardner in season 5 of the Fox series 24, Everett Dirksen in the HBO film All the Way, and Commissioner James Gordon in Batman: The Killing Joke.
