Bob Evans Brief Biography

Kevin Edward Mitchell (born 1 October 1977) is an Australian musician who is known for his role as the vocalist and guitarist of the alternative rock band Jebediah, and his solo work under the stage name of Bob Evans. Jebediah released five studio albums between 1997 and 2011, the first three of which entered the top ten of the ARIA Albums Chart. Mitchell commenced performing as Bob Evans in 1999 to pursue a solo career of "quieter" songs that were influenced by music that was different to the primary sound of Jebediah. In 2012 recording commenced for the fourth Bob Evans album and the completed work Familiar Stranger was released in March 2013.
