And as a result, Julie, the 23-year-old youth mentor from Gorham, Maine, was voted out of the game during last evening's Survivor broadcast.
Survivor: Vanuatu's rebellion is complete and the queen is dead. Falling victim to the upstart regime formed by Chris Daugherty, Eliza Orlins, Twila Tanner, and Scout Cloud Lee, Ami Cusack, the 31-year-old barista from Lakewood, Colorado that had reigned over the competition's previous all-women alliance, was voted out of the game during last evening's Survivor broadcast.
Overconfidence and arrogance have led to the downfall of many a Survivor contestant during the program's nine seasons, and Thursday's Thanksgiving evening Survivor: Vanuatu broadcast was no different. Illustrating that once you develop a distrustful reputation, the perception can come back to haunt you -- even when among those who benefited from your previous betrayal -- Lisa Keiffer, the 44-year-old real estate agent from New Orleans, LA, was voted out of her Yasur tribe by her distrustful Yasur tribemates during last night's Survivor: Vanuatu broadcast.
Despite the fact that online sleuths managed to identify the names of all eighteen of its castmembers over the last few weeks, CBS has officially announced the names and biographical information of the castaways who will compete in Survivor: Vanuatu -- Islands of Fire, which premieres Thursday, September 16 at 8PM ET/PT.
