After seemingly having fallen off the United States map following their numerous sightings of early July, the remaining teams still competing in CBS' The Amazing Race: Family Edition surfaced in Canada and Niagara Falls this past weekend, where based on the detailed reports of sightseeing tourists, it appears that the eighth edition of the CBS reality series finished its atypical and presumably less-than-global travel adventure.
As we first speculated over a month ago, CBS announced today that its baseball themed Clubhouse drama has officially been sent down to the minor leagues to make way for the broadcast of The Amazing Race 6. The sixth edition of the two-time Emmy Award winning reality series will debut on Tuesday, November 16 at 9PM ET/PT with a special two-hour premiere and then air weekly on Tuesdays at 9PM.
CBS might have decided to delay The Amazing Race 6's premiere until later this fall, but apparently the last-minute cancellation came too late to prevent the publication of a TV Guide article introducing its contestants.
