Tiffany Rachelle Withrow is an American beauty queen from Ashland, Kentucky who won the crown for Miss Kentucky Teen USA for 2006.
Withrow was one of 80 contestants for the crown on November 25, 2006. Withrow, a student at Fairview High School, won, with runnerups; 1st Hannah Douglas of Danville, 2nd Albany Caudill of Stanton, 3rd Amanda Harms of Florence, and 4th Latisha Yates of Greensburg.
