Shane Brandon McMahon (born January 15, 1970) is an American businessman who is a minority owner of WWE and the vice-chairman of YOU On Demand. He is currently signed to WWE as the commissioner of SmackDown Live.
McMahon is a fourth-generation wrestling promoter as a member of the McMahon family. He began working in WWE at age 15, starting in their warehouse, where he filled merchandise orders. McMahon was also a referee, producer, announcer, and eventually a wrestler on-screen, while also becoming WWE's Executive Vice President of Global Media behind the scenes. He is the great-grandson of Roderick "Jess" McMahon, grandson of Vincent J. McMahon, son of WWE Owner/Chairman/CEO Vincent K. McMahon and former WWE CEO/U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon, elder brother of WWE executive/personality Stephanie McMahon, and brother-in-law of WWE executive/wrestler Paul "Triple H" Levesque.
