Sarah Hammond Palfrey Danzig (ne Palfrey; September 18, 1912 - February 27, 1996) was a female tennis player from the United States whose career spanned two decades from the late 1920s until the late 1940s. She won the singles title at the U.S. Championships in 1941 and 1945.
