Noelle Hope Freeman (born August 16, 1989) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Carlsbad, California, who was crowned Miss California 2011. She competed in the Miss America 2012 pageant where she placed 5th among all contestants.
Freeman has previously held multiple titles, including Miss Teenage California 2007, Miss Teen World U.S. 2007-2008, and Miss Culver City 2011.
