Lilah Veronica Parsons (born 1988 in Hammersmith, London) is an English model, DJ and TV presenter, best known for being a presenter on MTV and co-presenting Capital Breakfast with Dave Berry and George Shelley. Parsons is represented by Roar Global Talent Agency.
She is the daughter of Sir John Christopher Parsons and Hon. Anne Constance Manningham-Buller. Her grandfather was Reginald Edward Manningham-Buller, 1st Viscount Dilhorne
