Justin Hires (born June 24, 1985) is an American actor and stand-up comedian. He portrayed the supporting role of Juario in the 2012 action-comedy film 21 Jump Street. Hires is currently known for portraying the role of Detective James Carter on the CBS television series Rush Hour. Also plays on CBS show MacGyver.
