James Hill (August 1, 1916 - January 11, 2001) was a Hollywood film producer in the 1950s and 1960s, where he often worked with Burt Lancaster, being part of Hecht-Hill-Lancaster Productions with Lancaster and Harold Hecht. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the fifth (and final) husband of Rita Hayworth from 1958 to 1961. Like Hayworth, he developed Alzheimer's disease. He died in Santa Monica, California.
