Elise Neal (born March 14, 1966) is an American film and television actress. She is best known for her roles as Yvonne Hughley in the ABC/UPN sitcom The Hughleys (1998-2002) and Hallie in the horror film Scream 2. Neal currently appears as one of the five cast members on the TV One reality series Hollywood Divas.
