Ekaterina Afinogenova (, born 15 January 1987) is a retired Russian female tennis player.
Afinogenova has won one doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 8 October 2007, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 219. On 9 July 2007, she peaked at world number 273 in the doubles rankings.
