David Gyasi (born 2 January 1980) is an English actor. Gyasi was born in Hammersmith, in London. His first major role in a film was in Cloud Atlas (2012), in which critics praised his performance as Autua. Wired magazine said "Gyasi's intense take on Moriori stowaway Autua is the movie's most compelling performance."
