Crystal Scales (born November 22, 1971) is an actress, singer, and rapper. She voices the character Liberty "Libby" Danielle Folfax on the television show The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and lent her voice to the Andr 3000 Cartoon Network series Class of 3000 as Tamika Jones. She also voiced Cleo Carter for the animated serise Tutenstein.
