Carmen Filpi (March 22, 1923 " May 9, 2003) was an American actor who starred in films and on television. He is well known for playing a homeless man in a lot of films.
His first feature film was in the 1969 film Wild Gypsies, he also starred in The Ice Pirates (1984), Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985), Life Stinks (1991), and The Wedding Singer (1998). Carmen also acted in the 2000 made-for-TV film Goodbye Casanova with Yasmine Bleeth. Carmen's final film was in 2002 in the film Eight Crazy Nights.
