Alicia-Monique Blanco (born c. 1987) is a beauty queen from Phoenix, Arizona who was crowned Miss Arizona USA 2009. She was 2nd-runner up in the Miss USA 2009 pageant. She has previously been on TV, commending Carrie Prejean for stating her honest beliefs, but said that she disagree with her regarding same sex marriage.
