The film stars Saunders, Joanna Lumley, Julia Sawalha, June Whitfield and Jane Horrocks. Principal photography began on 12 October 2015 in the south of France. The film was released in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2016. It was distributed by Fox Searchlight Pictures worldwide.
