Last Vegas is an upcoming comedy film starring Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline and directed by Jon Turteltaub. The film is set to be released on November 1, 2013.

Plot

Four best friends, in their late sixties, throw a bachelor party in Las Vegas, Nevada for the last one of them to be getting married.

Filming

Filming started in November 2012 in Las Vegas. At the end of November, filming then moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Rating Issue

Last Vegas, was given an MPAA rating of R, for a mild nude sequence. The film has been re-submitted for a PG-13 rating, and the appeal was successful and the film received a PG- 13 rating for miner nudity, and some language.
