Elizabeth Ann Wertenberger is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Dundee, Michigan who was named Miss Michigan 2011.

Biography

She won the title of Miss Michigan on June 18, 2011, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Katie LaRoche. Wertenberger's platform is "Continue to Dream: Giving Hope to Children with Chronic Illnesses". Wertenberger graduated from Ferris State University's Kendall College of Art and Design in May 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Interior Design and a minor in Graphic Design. At 13, Wertenberger was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and had to undergo chemotherapy. She was named a Quality of Life Finalist at the Miss America 2012 pageant.
