Adam Michael Bagni (born November 16, 1984 in Taunton, MA) is an American journalist and sportscaster.

Biography

College

Bagni is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia. While at La Salle, he served as General Manager of WEXP and was the play-by-play voice for the campus radio broadcasts. He was also a writer for the Collegian.

Career

Bagni currently works as a news reporter and sportscaster at WJAR and is a former flash anchor on WEEI. Previously, he anchored WNCF"?s sports segment during their nightly newscast at 10:00 PM CT. He was the host of ABC 32's Inside the Tide & Tigers during the fall college football season and the now defunct AUM Sports Show. He left the station in March 2011. Prior to starting at WNCF, Bagni worked as a production assistant at New England Sports Network. He was also a production assistant on numerous shows for ESPN, FOX Sports, and NBC Sports during the 2006 Winter Olympics.

Bagni has been nominated for five EMMY Awards by the Boston/New England Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. He's also received honors from the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association, Alabama Broadcasters Association and Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.
