NBC has announced the third season of World of Dance will air Sunday nights from 8-10PM ET/PT in early 2019 after the network's NFL football game broadcasts conclude.

The announcement was made as part of NBC's unveiling of its 2018-2019 TV schedule.

The official premiere date, however, for Season 3 has yet to be revealed.

NBC just confirmed last week it had renewed World of Dance ahead of the series' second-season debut on Tuesday, May 9 at 10PM ET/PT.

World of Dance will therefore be moving from Tuesday nights to Sunday nights next year.

World of Dance, executive produced and judged by Jennifer Lopez, invites individuals, duos, trios and groups from all genres of dance to compete for a $1 million grand prize.

In addition to Jennifer, the other judges are former Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough and Grammy Award-winning singer Ne-Yo. Jenna Dewan currently serves as host of the show and mentor to the contestants.

World of Dance's 2017 premiere season concluded with French hip-hop duo Les Twins being crowned champions.

Competitors are divided into four divisions: Junior (17 years old and under, 1-4 dancers), Junior Team (17 years old and under, 5-15 dancers), Upper (18 years old and older, 1-4 dancers), Upper Team (18 years old and older, 5-15 dancers).

The World of Dance panel scores the acts based on their performance, technique, choreography, creativity and presentation. There are also five rounds of competition: Qualifiers, Duels, The Cut, Divisional Final and the World Final.

In addition to World of Dance, other shows NBC has lined up for the 2018-2019 TV season include The Voice and a new spinoff, America's Got Talent: The Champions.
